Kelly Sunderland wins the inaugural YES Achievement Award Nov 06, 2020

We're proud to announce Kelly Sunderland as winner of the inaugural YES Achievement Award, as voted for by her colleagues.

The award celebrates YES Energy Solution's employees' contributions to the company, particularly those that are in line with our Green, Gracious and Great values.

Kelly has shown progression and enthusiasm in her role.

She is ‘super-fast’ with checking contractors' submissions and works hard no matter what.

When management requested for her to move departments, Kelly was calm and professional and has since knuckled down to be the best she can.

Kelly has taken on two key additional responsibilities within the ECO department to further support our contractor network. These include working closely with our contractor network on training and ensuring that the work they send us has no risk attached to it.

She is also preparing a new C2 process with the support of management to ensure our utilities are happy with us and our KPI's are being met.

Kelly has taken all these changes in her stride and worked on certain areas naturally out of her comfort zone.

Many in the company turn to Kelly for help, stating she’s a book of knowledge on all measures and can answer everything from the easy to the most complex questions.

Kelly was an absolute rock for the projects team during their time working from home on submissions. She made herself available to assist with all issues.
