Working with Northern Gas Networks

Northern Gas Networks

YES Energy Solutions is working in partnership with Northern Gas Networks (NGN) to help reduce fuel poverty across Yorkshire and the North East of England.

Scheme In Detail

We’re helping a series of off gas communities access funding and support for gas connections so that hundreds of families can reap the benefits of a more cost effective fuel.

Residents that use electric heating, LPG or oil to heat their homes are much more likely to have higher fuel costs. So by switching to mains gas, they could save hundreds of pounds on their energy bills every year.

Throughout the North of England, thousands of families are living in fuel poverty and spending over the odds on their heating requirements. Our campaign aims to help residents take control of their energy bills and reduce their expenditure.

We’ve identified several communities across the NGN catchment area that could benefit from mains gas connections and assistance from the Fuel Poverty Network Extension Scheme. Some of these residents will be able to access free gas connections and grants for central heating upgrades.

Over the coming months we will be engaging these communities and helping hundreds of householders to slash their energy bills and improve their overall quality of life.

If your house is located in the NGN catchment area but is not yet connected to mains gas, get in touch today and find out what support is available:
