Associations with the twin goals of reducing carbon emissions and alleviating
fuel poverty.
In-direct – Your information has been shared with us by a 3rd party, this could be your local authority, a charity, your landlord or even a friend or family member.

YES Energy Solutions uses digital systems to process

businesses, YES Energy Solutions uses a variety of 3rd party
organisations to assist with administration of the business, and sometimes to

specialist consultancies, IT Service providers, and business partners who are
aligned to the services we provide to you.
In the first
instance you should contact us and ask to speak to our Data Protection Team, we
will try to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible and to your
satisfaction. However, in the rare case that we have not been successful in
resolving your complaint you can make a complaint to the Information
