YES to help Calderdale residents access LAD funding for free insulation Jan 16, 2023

YES Energy Solutions is working with Calderdale Council to help their residents access Local Authority Delivery (LAD) funding for loft and cavity wall insulation.

Calderdale Council has secured government funding to help residents improve the warmth and efficiency of their homes with free insulation.

The council has procured YES to help run the scheme until March 2023.

YES is qualifying eligible residents, surveying properties and installing measures in the project.

With energy bills still heightened, the council is providing this scheme to help residents save money whilst keeping warm.

To qualify, residents must have a household income of £31,000 or less, or receive means tested benefits.

Properties must also be suitable for the insulation available in the scheme and have a low energy efficiency rating.
