YES shortlisted for multiple categories in the National Energy Efficiency awards Jan 31, 2022

YES Energy Solutions has been shortlisted for various projects they managed in the National Energy Efficiency Awards that will take place on Friday 18 February 2022.

The awards which take place in Birmingham this year celebrate success in the energy efficiency industry, and recognise success in helping people in fuel poverty whilst reducing CO2 emissions.

Two of those categories include National Project Management Company of the year and National Funding Provider of the Year.

Shortlisted due to expertise in funding and management of many successful schemes, YES are hoping to follow up further success having won both awards in previous years.

In two further projects YES was named as a partner alongside various council’s.

One of these projects include the North Yorkshire Warm Homes Fund Scheme in which were nominated for National Boiler and Heating Project of the Year.

The scheme was managed on behalf of North Yorkshire County Council, Ryedale District Council, Hambleton District Council and Scarborough Borough Council.

We were shortlisted for the scheme’s contribution towards reducing fuel poverty in the area by helping over 100 vulnerable residents reap the benefits of gas powered central heating.

Also shortlisted is the Scunthorpe Communities Regeneration Scheme in which YES were named alongside Lincolnshire Council in the National Fabric Project of the Year category.

YES is also sponsoring the National Social Responsibility Company of the year award which recognises the achievements of an organisation in addressing the requirements of the community in which they operate.

The last time the National Energy Efficiency Awards were held, YES came home with four awards.
