YES partnered with City of Lincoln Council to deliver Home Energy Upgrade Scheme May 18, 2022

Home Energy Upgrade Scheme funding

YES in partnership with the City of Lincoln Council has secured Government funding to help residents improve the warmth and efficiency of their homes.

The Home Energy Upgrade Scheme is offering a range of fully funded energy efficiency home improvements to eligible homeowners.

The amount of funding available could be up to £25,000, however most properties will receive upgrades up to the value of £10,000.

Private renting tenants are also able to apply, however landlords must contribute one third of the total costs.

The property type will dictate the improvements householders can receive which may include insulation, solar panels, air source heat pumps and high heat retention electric storage heaters.

With energy bills at an all-time high, we are delivering this scheme to help residents save money whilst keeping warm.

YES is responsible for helping residents qualify for the scheme.

To qualify, residents must have a household income of £30,000 or less, or receive means tested benefits.

Properties must also be suitable for the measures available in the scheme and have a low energy efficiency rating.

Residents interested in the scheme can contact us on 03309 126 199.
