YES Energy Solutions acquire TrustMark accreditation Dec 17, 2019

YES Energy Solutions have achieved the TrustMark accreditation which has become a new requirement in the Energy Company Obligation (ECO) Scheme.

The new TrustMark scheme is a Government endorsed quality scheme which was developed to help reassure residents that companies accredited meet appropriate standards for installing insulation and central heating systems.

The accreditation allows us to lodge completed works on TrustMark's Data Warehouse in compliance with the ECO scheme.

We are also assisting those in our supply chain with advice on achieving the accreditation.

TrustMark was incorporated into ECO with the Government’s response to the scheme's consultation – Energy Company Obligation (ECO3) Improving Consumer Protection.

The accreditation focuses on technical competence, good customer service and good trading practices.

TrustMark helps consumers recognise and report rogue traders, but also champions the businesses who complete work to high standards.

In addition, TrustMark works with Trading Standards to provide further protection to the consumers and business effected by rogues.

Consumers will be able to view YES Energy Solutions’ services on TrustMark to find out more about the company and leave reviews if they have had work completed.

YES Energy Solutions are always on the lookout for PAS2030 accredited installers keen to submit work via the ECO scheme.

YES also provide free compliance training and a technical monitoring team that offers support and advice.
