YES Energy Solutions is proud to announce we’re working with West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service to help residents with heating and energy worries this winter.

West Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service (WYFRS) offer home visits and help with fire safety advice in the home.

They will be sharing our details, via their website, for residents to refer themselves to our YES Advice Line.

WYFRS can signpost residents who feel worried about heating their home with high energy bills, to the YES Advice Line through their website.

“This partnership is a fantastic way we can truly help even more people in our community,” said Jon Davis, Business development manager at YES.

“As a West Yorkshire company too, we’re proud to be working with the Fire and Rescue Service in our area. We know that times are tough financially, with the upcoming colder winter months and cuts to the Winter Fuel Payment for pensioners.

"During times like this people may be reverting to dangerous ways to heat their homes, or simply not heating them at all. By speaking to YES as part of this partnership, we can help to protect and educate residents to stay warm safely and even reduce the amount they spend on their energy bills”

“West Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service is committed to keeping our communities safe, both at home and beyond. As part of this commitment, we offer free home visits where we will assess potential fire risks, provide safety advice, and help you take steps to prevent accidents.
