"The most successful year in our 22 year long history."
In last financial year, we have seen record levels of achievement within our company, despite adversity still being faced from the COVID-19 pandemic.
We have continued to deliver expert provisions to households, companies and councils. Our status as leading energy efficiency company was further cemented when we proudly won Project Management Company of the Year at the Energy Efficiency Awards in February 2022.
Read on for some insight on the impact we had last financial year.
ECO Funding
We have funded 19 installer partners for the retrofit of over 45,000 energy saving measures in more than 3000 homes. This amounts to £46 million saved on lifetime fuel bills.
We supplied £136,000 of ECO funding to support the renovation of 167 Ministry of Defence properties.
Warm Homes Fund
We have helped multiple councils deliver first time central heating measures with funding from the National Grid.
70 installs were completed in North Yorkshire, while 44 homeowners and private tenants were supported in Hertfordshire, reducing lifetime bills by over £230,000.
Local Authority Delivery (LAD) Schemes
So far, we have handled 1600 LAD enquiries on behalf of 11 local councils and our team has qualified 223 residents.
Going forward into the next financial year, we will be giving local authorities the means to provide over £15 million of funding for fuel poor residents.
Gas Connections
In partnership with SGN, we have processed 711 customer referrals, helping households access efficient fuel sources through the Help to Heat scheme.
With High Aims Ltd, we delivered gas connection projects to 314 households, who have now been connected to the gas network.
Expert Energy Advice
As energy savings increased, our delivery of expert energy advice continued.
For example, we have advised 43 residents on behalf of Bromsgrove District Council and Redditch Borough Council.
Charity Projects
As always, we found it important to invest our time and profits into helping our community.
As fuel prices continue to rise, we face the new financial year with the acknowledgement that our work faces a renewed importance, and remain dedicated to reducing fuel poverty across the UK.
