Looking back at 2021

During a year of challenges, we demonstrated our adaptability and strong processes.

Some of our achievements during the year:

• Delivered energy efficiency schemes alongside 33 local authorities.
• Partnered with multiple councils as Customer Journey Support Partner on Local Authority Delivery (LAD) schemes
• Provided thousands of householders with access to various funding streams such as ECO, LAD, Warm Homes Funding, FPNES and local authority energy efficiency funds.
• Won Large Scale Project of the Year at the Yorkshire Energy Efficiency Awards alongside North Yorkshire County Council.
• We secured ECO funding with six major energy companies to cover all the main energy efficiency retrofit measures.
• We worked alongside 30 SME installers to install over 4,300 measures.
• Provided advice and training to our funded partners with new industry requirements during a historically challenging year.

This year we have been supporting local charity Mind in Bradford who offer mental health services in our area.
