Donations gathered for Halifax Ukrainian Club charity Apr 01, 2022

YES staff have provided donations and raised funds for Ukrainian refugees.

In order to show support the team wore yellow and/or blue to match the Ukrainian flag.

Throughout the day staff also brought in donations of a huge variety from cans of food to hygiene products all of which would be given to the Halifax Ukrainian Club charity.

Once donations had been collected they were sent to Dean Clough Mills and shipped off to Poland for those crossing the border.

Also funds were raised for the refugees through things such as a sweet guess, a bun sale and donations in return for a hand crafted pin.
