Ms Goodlad - Solar PV

Ms Goodlad received over £24,000 in funding for Solar PV and an Air Source Heat Pump which she had installed through the North Yorkshire HUG2 scheme in partnership with North Yorkshire council.

This is what MS Goodlad had to say:

“I first heard about YES through an email from North Yorkshire council.

“Now the works are done, I actually have heating that I can switch on, before this I was unable to turn on my heating at all, I’m very grateful.

“I like the appearance of the heat pump, especially because squirrels love to sit on it and visit me.

“The team over the phone and installers were happy to help and always respectful.

“I would happily recommend you, it’s a great idea to get it done, in the end it will save you a fortune and makes life so much easier.”
