Lorraine Smaller - External wall insulation

Retired Lorraine Smaller recently had EWI installed into her property in Grimsby.

She first heard about our North East Lincolnshire LAD scheme through her friends who recommended us and decided to give us a call.

Now the installation is finished, we caught up with Lorraine to ask her about her experience with YES.

“Firstly, the heating is 100% better now it’s been installed, before the insulation was installed my house was freezing.”

When asked about the team of Installers who handled the installation process she said:

“Honest to God the guys that came over couldn’t have been nicer people, they were fantastic, nicest and loveliest blokes to have done work on the house and I couldn’t recommend them more for everything they did.”

Lorraine then told us about her experience with the YES team who handled her qualification:

“From start to finish they were incredible and I’m really grateful for all their hard work, I always knew where I stood with them and everyone I dealt with was so polite.”

She ended by adding:

“There isn’t a word to describe a big enough thank you and I appreciate everything that has been done, I will be recommending you to everyone who will listen.”
