The Smiths - External wall insulation

Anne and Paul Smith recently had external wall insulation installed in their home in Lincoln.

After their installation finished we caught up with them to see how they found their experience.

They started by telling us all about how happy they were with our qualifying team.

"We want to officially say thank you to Rory/Katie at Yes Energy and Stuart and his team regarding the work taken place on our property this last week.

"From day one when we enquired about this work being offered both Katie and Rory of Yes Energy kept us fully updated on what to expect and timescales."

They then went on to talk about the EWI installation and the team in charge:

"We had a visit from Stuart of Renderclad to view our property and he told us what works would need to be done, it was confirmed work would take place very quickly at beginning of this month.

"The lads doing main installation work Alan & Daniel both Brummies, arrived promptly and got on with the job in hand, they worked professionally & efficiently with respect and courtesy to us at all times, they also tidied up at end of each day too before leaving site.

"We’ve been very pleased with all their work and the bungalow looks awesome and very bright."

We finished by asking them if they would recommend YES and our partner installers.

"The whole process has been stress free and completed to a very high standard with good communication throughout from the whole team.

"Good communication and respect at all times was very evident and everyone has left such an impression that they have been personally requested to carry out works on our neighbours home too in due course, please pass on our thanks to all."
