Rosalind - Advice

Herefordshire resident Rosalind recently went through an in-depth call with our Energy advice team.

Rosalind lives by herself and is “always looking for ways to save on my energy”.

She told us all about her experience and how she’s making use of the information provided.

“I first heard about YES through my neighbourhood parish and saw something on Facebook.

“I gave them a call and they were very polite.

“They answered all my questions and were very understanding of my situation.

“The advice itself was very helpful, I’m a practical person but there are always little bits that you hadn’t first thought of.

“Overall, I think it is a very good idea, there are plenty of people out there who could make use of the help available.

“We should get your team working for other companies so there is always that level of help.”
