There are a few resources and schemes available that may be able to help you keep your home warm this winter.

Energy Supplier Schemes/Grants
You may be able to apply for free energy saving improvements through the Energy Company Obligation (ECO) if your Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is D or below, which you can check here.


Nest (Wales Only)
Nest offers free advice on keeping your home warm and energy efficient. They also offer a scheme for a free home energy improvement package.


Warmer Homes (London Only)
If you live in London, you may be eligible for grants between £5000 and £25,000 for home energy efficiency measures.


Local Authority Grants
The government are running a scheme called the Sustainable Warmth Grant, which can deliver methods to reduce energy use in your home. You can find out if this scheme is available in your area by getting in touch with your local council. It is worth getting in touch, as they may be running other schemes even if they are not part of the Sustainable Warmth Grant.


Groundwork
Groundwork offer a 'Green Doctor' service which you can use to find out what support is available to you in your area.


Energy Saving Trust
Energy Saving Trust are an independent organisation offering regular energy advice via their website and social media pages.
