HR manager

  • Position: Full-time/Permanent
  • Department: HR
  • Location: Office based, possible one day home working p/w

We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and support our people strategy across the organisation. In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, oversee recruitment, selection and induction processes, and drive colleague development, engagement and retention.

What we’re looking for:

  • At least two years’ experience at manager level within an HR department
  • Hold a Level 5 CIPD qualification or higher
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of employment law and best practice
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, along with a professional and empathetic approach

Head of growth

  • Position: Full-time/Permanent
  • Department: Executive
  • Location: Office based (with travel to clients and sites as necessary to deliver the role)
  • Salary scale: G2, 5% pension, 23 days holiday, 37 hours per week
  • Role: Developing new sustainable income streams and operational delivery

The Head of growth will lead the execution of YES’s commercial growth strategy, overseeing the development and delivery of new pilot schemes from concept to monetisation.

We’re looking for a dynamic CIC Manager to lead the strategic allocation of YES’ Community Interest Company funds and turn financial resources into real-world change. This exciting new role sits at the heart of our goal to reduce fuel poverty, boost energy efficiency, and cut CO₂ emissions.
