Head of growth

The Head of growth will lead the execution of YES’s commercial growth strategy, overseeing the development and delivery of new pilot schemes from concept to monetisation.

Research coordinator

  • Position: Coordinator

In this new role, you will play a critical support role across commercial and operations departments. You will be responsible for gathering, analysing and presenting intelligence informing the initial opportunity for the development of new services, proposals for the delivery of our existing or new services and products.

What we are looking for :

• Experience working within a commercial, energy, or policy/regulatory environment.
• Understanding of public sector procurement and funding streams.
• Experience working within a social enterprise or values-led business.
• Familiarity with CIC, charity or public sector commissioning and funding mechanisms.
• Awareness of ESG reporting frameworks and corporate social responsibility trends.

Marketing coordinator

As one of the marketing coordinators, you will play a key role in driving lead generation, enhancing brand reputation, and supporting business growth across YES Energy Solutions’ core services. Reporting to the marketing manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering targeted marketing campaigns, creating compelling content, and coordinating promotional activities that engage both B2C and B2B audiences.

What we are looking for:

•  Proven experience in a marketing role at a coordinator or similar level.

•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•  Strong copywriting ability across multiple formats and audiences.

• Proficiency in content creation and social media tools (e.g. Sprout Social).

• Good understanding of SEO and website management.

• Experience with digital advertising platforms.

• Photography and videography skills for dynamic content creation.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Marketing manager fixed-term

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven individual on a short-term basis to provide essential support to the marketing manager. This role will help oversee the marketing team, manage campaigns and ensure delivery against key performance targets.

 

What we are looking for :

• Proven experience in marketing campaign management and lead generation.

• Previous experience managing a small team and coordinating cross-functional projects.

• Strong background in data analysis and reporting, including building dashboards and interpreting KPIs.

• Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems and social media platforms.

• Familiarity with budget management and cost control.

• Knowledge of energy efficiency, sustainability, or community-focused projects is an advantage.
