What we’re doing to improve accessibility
YES Energy Solutions has an approved accessibility corrective action plan in place. This includes:
- Commissioning accessibility audits aligned to WCAG 2.2 Level AA
- Prioritising remediation of high-risk and high-impact accessibility issues
- Improving keyboard navigation, focus management and form accessibility
- Enhancing alternative text, heading structure and link clarity
- Ensuring new content and documents are created to be accessible by default
- Remediating or replacing existing PDF and Word documents used in critical user journeys
- Embedding accessibility checks into content publishing and website change processes
Critical and high priority issues are expected to be resolved by February 2026, with lower-risk and legacy issues addressed as part of ongoing improvement work through April 2026 and beyond.
How we tested this website
The website has been tested using a combination of:
- Independent external audits conducted by BSI
- Automated accessibility testing tools
- Manual testing, including keyboard and user journey testing
The most recent audit was completed in November 2025. A further audit is scheduled for November 2026.
