YES Energy Solutions is opening up their energy efficiency expertise to SSEN customers who need advice on how to reduce their household energy consumption.

Householders believed to require energy efficiency advice are referred to YES Energy Solutions from SSEN call centres.

With three tiers of advice, householders can choose to receive the most relevent level of advice for them, be it our simple energy advice packs to our in-depth one on one home energy consultations.

In addition to free impartial advice, YES Energy Solutions is also assisting customers who may be eligible for funding or grants through ongoing projects and partnerships.

SSEN employees will be on the look out for those customers who may be able to access funding on energy saving measures.

The energy advice service aims to reduce the number of residents living in fuel poverty across SSEN's networks by ensuring that customers who require extra support and advice receive it.

YES Energy Solutions is providing advice on the following:

• Energy efficiency measures
• Heating and hot water use
• Smart meters
• Thermostats and controls
• Energy efficient lighting
• Home appliances
• Eligibility checks for funding and grants available for energy saving installations under any current schemes
• Income maximisation and how customers can make their money go further in regards to their household bills
