The Priority Services Register (PSR) helps SGN identify customers who need priority support in a gas emergency.

By registering for this free service, you will receive extra help if you’re without your gas supply either in an emergency or because of planned work.
SGN can provide electric heating and cooking appliances or even alternative accommodation to keep you safe and warm while you’re without gas.

Since March 2023, 2,375 households have been supported with 6,041 energy efficient measures and advice, resulting in combined savings of over £888,966.

SGN has now continued support until March 2026.

And as an SGN customer, if you get in touch with YES Energy Solutions now, you are entitled to a free energy saving pack, filled with savings information and tools to help you save energy in your home.
