YES Energy Solutions is working in partnership with a consortium of Local Authorities to deliver the North Yorks Warm Homes Scheme.
Scheme In Detail
We are helping over 100 eligible residents in the Ryedale, Scarborough and Hambleton districts, transform their heating facilities with the installation of fully funded gas-powered central heating systems.
The project is fronted by North Yorkshire County Council, who has secured funding through National Grid’s Warm Homes Fund programme. Ryedale District Council, Scarborough Borough Council and Hambleton District Council have also provided match funding and we are adding value through our ECO funding facilities.
There is also funding available for gas connections via Northern Gas Networks, providing residents meet the eligibility criteria and live close to other properties on the mains gas network.
The scheme aims to reduce fuel poverty in the area by helping a host of vulnerable residents reap the benefits of gas powered central heating.
If you are a homeowner or private renting tenant and live in the Ryedale, Scarborough or Hambleton districts and do not have any radiators in your property, then you may qualify for the North Yorks Warm Homes Scheme - providing you live near other properties on the gas network and meet the following eligibility criteria:
