YES Energy Solutions worked with their accredited network of local contractors to install gas central heating systems in 105 council owned properties in the Goole and Bridlington areas of East Yorkshire.

East Riding of Yorkshire Council improved the thermal efficiency of their housing stock by working with us to install first-time gas central heating systems or replacement systems that include A-rated boilers, radiators and thermostatic controls.

The upgrades by the council reduced fuel poverty in the area and will help council tenants stay warm and cosy in their homes.

Our involvement

In March 2018, YES Energy Solutions secured the contract to work in partnership with East Riding of Yorkshire Council. We managed the full customer journey from booking the survey through to the completion of installs.

By providing ECO funding in the scheme, we supported East Riding of Yorkshire Council’s funds to improve their housing stock.

We also worked with residents in the area to provide energy saving advice, which highlights changes householders can make in their homes to further improve the energy efficiency of their property.
