YES Energy Solutions has partnered with Northern Powergrid to deliver zero cost energy advice, aimed at lowering energy bills and preparing homes for a greener future.

Funded by Northern Powergrid, YES Energy Solutions’ expert advisors are providing customers with this free, personalised advice service that sees the average resident make savings of over £500 on their annual energy costs.

Through the new service, residents in Northern Powergrid’s coverage area have access to a tiered level of service, meaning they can choose the amount of support that suits them.

Households can speak to an energy advisor, where they will be assessed according to their personal circumstances and property to see where savings can be made.

Every customer enrolled in the service receives a free energy saving pack with gadgets to go along with the advice, aimed at giving households immediate access to savings.

There is also the option to elect for in-depth support, where YES Energy Solutions explore funding and grant eligibility, financial support households may be entitled to, and appropriate wellbeing services.

The free service is ensuring no household gets left behind in the transition to net zero.
