The session follows a successful initial session back in February, where staff enjoyed an interactive workshop, aimed at normalising wellbeing conversation in the workplace.
The initial session was inspired by Mind and Rethink Mental Illness' Time To Talk Day resources.
These Tea and Talk sessions will now be implemented quarterly, and are part of a larger internal campaign to promote great culture, with mental and physical wellbeing as the focus.
With wellbeing still seen as a somewhat taboo subject in the workplace, we're working hard to ensure that staff feel comfortable in themselves and have resources available to them to overcome any wellbeing concerns.
Project administrator Michael said:
"I'd say a bit of stress is good as it shows you're passionate about what you're doing.
"But if stress builds up, it could ruin what you were working towards - stress builds on top of stress on top of stress and so on... until you break.
"Then you may not be as productive as before, you may be snapping at people - you may not be your usual self."

As part of the wellbeing campaign, YES staff will be receiving a monthly newsletter known as 'Wellbeing Wednesday', on the last Wednesday of every month.
The newsletter will cover a different topic each month.
