YES has been awarded the Bronze Award from the Armed Forces Covenant which means we are armed forces-friendly and are open for employment and support opportunities for reservists, armed forces veterans (including the wounded, injured and sick), cadet instructors and military spouses/partners.

The Armed Forces Covenant is a promise to those who serve or who have served, and their families - to say we will do all we can to ensure they’re treated fairly and not disadvantaged in their day-to-day lives.

We’re always on the lookout for those who embody our Green, Gracious and Great company values, and there’s a wealth of knowledge, experience, and skills within people who have a background in the Forces, which, with this promise, we will support.

The Armed Forces Covenant relies on the active support of people, communities, and businesses of the UK to make a difference, and YES is proud to have signed, and received the Bronze Award from the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme.
