Warmer Homes in Stamford Nov 13, 2015

Having recently insulated over 500 Council properties in South West Lincolnshire, YES Energy Solutions has recently won a new external wall insulation contract with South Kesteven District Council.

The new scheme will see the transformation of a further 150 properties in Stamford, helping residents to keep their homes warm and slash their fuel bills.

The project is supported by funding procured through E.ON and the Council and aims to reduce CO2 emissions across the district. We have also been able to secure additional funding to insulate a range of private sector households to give the scheme a broader reach.   

Our first project with South Kesteven District Council saw us upgrade the look and feel of hundreds of Council houses in Grantham, Bourne and Stamford. It had a fantastic social impact on the local community. Customer satisfaction reports revealed that 90% of the residents felt that the insulation had made their homes feel warmer and more comfortable.

Installations on the new scheme are currently underway and will continue into the New Year.
