Read on to learn more about Olivia's story as she joined our Finance team.

To begin with, Olivia told us a little about herself:

"I love true crime series and travelling to places like Amsterdam.

"I'm from Dewsbury, which means I have been travelling to the office but that may change once the option to work from home is open to me after passing my probation.

"My first interest in Finance came to me once I started at Sheffield Hallam University where I studied accounting and finance."

After Olivia's introduction, she told us about the team she works with:

"Everyone on the team has been friendly since the moment I joined.

"They are always willing to help and listen to any new ideas brought to the table.

"Not once have I felt like I don't know the next steps, guidance is always available."

Next, she gave us an overview of her Job role at YES:

"I have mainly taken on sales invoicing since starting but I have learnt all the different aspects of the role, because of that I really enjoy my role.

"Every day is different here, over my three months I have had so much room to develop and learn."

Finally she gave us her parting wisdom for new starters at the company:

"Whether you have plenty of experience or none at all, no question is a silly question, just ask and don't be embarrassed."
