Low cost loans for heating & insulation Jul 28, 2014

Kirklees Council loans

We’re working with Kirklees Council to help local residents make home efficiency improvements affordable.

Householders in the Kirklees area with a combined household income of less than £35,000 a year, can now take advantage of a low cost Energy Help Loan to support any insulation or central heating upgrades.

There is an 8% administration charge when the loan is activated, then no further interest to pay thereafter. You can reap the benefits of a more energy efficient household and split your installation costs into affordable monthly instalments.

Kirklees Energy Help Loans can be used for:

  • External solid wall insulation
  • Cavity wall and loft insulation
  • ‘A’ rated condensing boiler
  • Full mains gas central heating system

You could borrow anything from £1,000 to £4,000 over a flexible period of 6 to 48 months!

YES Energy Solutions has a long history of working with Kirklees Council and we are delighted to be managing their Energy Help Loan scheme. Yorkshire Energy Services (our former branded name) was the managing agent of the Kirklees Energy Saver Scheme, the RE-Charge programme for renewable energy and of course, the award winning Kirklees Warm Zone project.

We are proud of our Kirklees roots and continue to serve the residents of Kirklees by offering quality energy saving products and services that don’t break the bank.
