Householders in the Kirklees area with a combined household income of less than £35,000 a year, can now take advantage of a low cost Energy Help Loan to support any insulation or central heating upgrades.

There is an 8% administration charge when the loan is activated, then no further interest to pay thereafter. You can reap the benefits of a more energy efficient household and split your installation costs into affordable monthly instalments.

Kirklees Energy Help Loans can be used for:

• External solid wall insulation
  
• Cavity wall and loft insulation
  
• ‘A’ rated condensing boiler
  
• Full mains gas central heating system
  

You could borrow anything from £1,000 to £4,000 over a flexible period of 6 to 48 months!
