HHCRO ECO Funding Now Available Oct 23, 2013

We would like to thank all the Hub members who contacted Yorkshire Energy Services about HHCRO funding. We had an overwhelming response and will now be contacting all those installers who expressed an interest w/c 4th November.

Please note that we will not be considering any more HHCRO proposals at this time.

Yorkshire Energy Services - the funding provider for YES Installer Network has Home Heating Cost Reduction Obligation (HHCRO) funding available for new partners and is looking to work with 3-4 additional Installers. We are looking to form long term partnerships, based on an initial 12 week trial period.

Installers who have completed their Hub profiles are invited to send in expressions of interest.

The deadline for HHCRO proposals is 5pm, Wednesday 30th Oct.

Installers should meet the following requirements:

Mandatory

• Must be PAS2030 certified for the measures they are seeking HHCRO funding for,
  
• Must be Green Deal Accredited as a company,
  
• Gas Safe certified where appropriate,
  
• Minimum one year’s auditable trading history
  
• Should have managements systems in place that are either externally audited (e.g.ISO standard) or that can be internally audited by Yorkshire Energy Services
  
• Quality Management Systems – ISO9000 or  equivalent
  
• Environmental Managements System – ISO14001 or  equivalent
  
• Health and Safety Managements System– ISO18000 or  equivalent
  
• Conformance to Data Protection Act 1998
  

Desirable

• Information Security Management System (including Data Protection) – ISO27001 or equivalent process for applying for HHCRO funding
  

What to do Next:

1. Ensure that your YES Installer Network profile is complete.
   
2. Email expressions of interest for HHCRO funding here indicating your Hub number and aspirational delivery programme over the 12 week trial period by 5pm Wednesday 30th October.
   
3. The Project Team will them review the expressions of interest, aspirational delivery profiles and YES Installer Network Profiles. Background checks may include financial due diligence, project references (as per YES Installer Network profile) and company checks.
   
4. Depending on the number of expressions of interest being considered, we aim to respond week commencing 4th November with a view to taking those successful organisations through to commercial discussions.
   
5. All Installers who email an expression of interest within the timescale will hear back. We are anticipating a high level of interest so please be patient.
