H&V Awards Tonight Apr 23, 2014

YES Energy Solutions will join hundreds of installers and central heating professionals in London tonight to celebrate the national Heating and Ventilation (H&V) awards.

Having been nominated for ‘Collaboration of the Year’ after launching an affordable warmth heating campaign in partnership with Glow-worm and EMH Homes, we are very proud to get national recognition for our hard work and commitment to eradicating fuel poverty.

In December 2013 we created an ethical partnership to help some of the most vulnerable householders in the East Midlands access affordable heating solutions. We have spent the last 4 months supporting local residents and promoting the benefits of the Governments ECO programme as well as offering further support through an innovative community pool fund.

A proportion of profit from our installations are put into the pool fund to help residents who don’t quite meet the qualifying criteria for Government boiler grants. This approach has helped several low income householders who fall short of the ECO scheme threshold, to upgrade their home’s central heating.  

The H&V Awards will be held tonight at the attractive Grosvenor House Hotel in London. Key industry officials will be commending the best heating initiatives across the UK and celebrating best practise.

It is a real honour to be included in such a prestigious event.
