Clean Air Day 2021 Jun 16, 2021

Clean Air Day is the UK’s largest air pollution campaign and it engages thousands of people at hundreds of events, this year it takes place on the 17th of June 2021.

Every year, air pollution causes up to 36,000 deaths in the UK, creating health risks from lung to heart diseases and Clean Air Day was put in place to help counter these issues.

Some of the movement’s aims include:

• The improvement of public understanding on air pollution.

• Increased awareness on how air pollution affects our health.

• The explanation of everything we all can do to tackle air pollution.
