​Over 18 million smart meters have been installed across Britain Jun 06, 2022

There has been a 17% increase in the UK’s electricity smart meter installations in comparison to 186,000 carried out in April.

That’s according to the latest data from ElectraLink which shows the 18 million mark was reached two months ago.

Furthermore Smart Energy GB found that due to rising energy bills, almost a third of households with smart meters have been using their in home display more.
