​New CIC Report covering 1st April to 31st March published by YES Aug 06, 2021

YES recently published their new CIC Report covering 1st April 2020 to 31st March 2021, including various different in-depth subjects.

One such subject is on how we adapted to the public health crisis and the Covid secure procedures we put in place to protect staff in the office, customers in the home and contractors on site.
