£5,000 raised in our open day fundraiser Aug 27, 2018

We hosted our very own open day last week, which saw donations in bundles from local company's help us to raise around £5,000 for the children's charity, Tommy's.

Our open day took place on Thursday 23rd August, in which our installer network were invited to attend our training workshops and afternoon of fun.

As a company dedicated to making a positive difference, our event supported the children’s charity, Tommy’s, who research the causes of miscarriage, stillbirth and premature birth.

Two weeks before our event was due to take place, YES Energy Solutions’ JustGiving page had lots of generous visitors allowing us to exceed our target to 250%.

Training workshops gave our clients the opportunity to learn about our processes and the projects we are currently working on, alongside what changes ECO3 will bring and how our working relationships are likely to be impacted.

Live band, The James Curgenven Trio, set the afternoon of fun and after our guests filled up on Frankie’s freshly made hot pizza and homemade cakes, they watched staff take part in back-to-school sports day races, including a penguin themed egg & spoon race and a ‘Boys V Girls’ tug of war.

A big thanks

Support for the day came in bundles, with donations for our raffle ranging from food vouchers for two, to a brand new boiler scooped by the matching number to Saturday 25th August's lottery draw's bonus ball.
