Projects

The Projects team manage our council backed schemes across Great Britain. The team are trained to provide expert energy advice in addition to validating customers for various funding streams and coordinating installations with our network of accredited contractors.

Accounts and Contracts

Our Accounts and Contracts team ensure submissions for funding comply with the relevant regulations set in place by legislation as well as requests from the energy companies.

They help installers submit work for the Energy Company Obligation scheme, and offer advice and free training to our on-boarded funding partners.

Business Development

Our Business Development team are always looking to develop new schemes with local authorities, housing associations or other organisations.

Finance and HR

The Finance and HR team manages all things cashflow, and ensures procedure is followed when it comes to recruitment, employee benefits and taxes. They ensure money going in and out of the business is done so properly.

Management Services team

A team consisting of EPC surveyors and retrofit coordinators, Management Services ensure our installers are prepared for energy efficient installs in our customer's homes.

Marketing

The Marketing team promote our various projects and activities, always looking for eligible customers we can help escape fuel poverty. If you heard about YES, you probably heard about it from our Marketing team.

ECO

Our ECO team works with our installer network to ensure work done on our customers property is 100% compliant and adheres to all necessary procedures. They also support with the onboarding and training of new installers, ensuring each one is prepared for working on people's homes.

Energy Advice

IT

Our office admins are the "wonder women" of our team, ensuring the office runs smoothly. They support with anything from our passes to get in the building, to where our recycling goes.
