Organisations partner with YES Energy Solutions to deliver energy advice services that help households manage rising fuel costs and access practical support. Our advice programmes provide personalised guidance to residents, helping them understand how to reduce energy bills, access financial support and improve the efficiency of their homes.

Working with energy distribution networks, local authorities, and community organisations, we deliver trusted advice services that support households while connecting them with funding and home improvement programmes. As a Community Interest Company, our focus is always on ensuring advice leads to practical outcomes that improve homes and reduce fuel poverty.

Energy advice services

Personalised household advice

Our advisers work directly with residents to provide tailored guidance that helps them understand how to reduce energy use and manage household energy costs.

Advice is tailored to each household’s circumstances, ensuring support addresses the specific challenges residents face when heating their homes.

Income maximisation and financial support

Many households struggling with energy costs are eligible for financial support.

Our advisers help residents access additional income through benefit entitlement checks, funding schemes and other financial support designed to reduce pressure on household budgets.

Access to funding and energy efficiency schemes

Advice services often act as the gateway to wider home improvements.

Our teams help households understand what funding is available and support referrals to schemes that may provide insulation, heating upgrades or renewable technologies.

Fuel poverty and vulnerability support

Our advice programmes are designed to support households that may be vulnerable to fuel poverty.

Advisers provide tailored support to help residents manage rising energy costs and access the assistance available to them.

Energy saving guidance

Practical advice can make an immediate difference to household energy use.

Our advisers provide clear guidance on heating controls, ventilation, insulation and everyday energy habits that can help reduce bills and improve comfort at home.

“Every conversation we have with a household is about finding practical ways to make their home more affordable to run. Through the YES Advice Line, our advisers provide personalised support that helps people understand their energy bills, check they’re receiving the financial support they’re entitled to, and access funding or schemes that could improve their home. Often it only takes a short conversation for us to identify actions that can make a real difference. On average, households we support can save around £500 per year on their energy bills, simply by accessing the advice and support available to them.”
