YES Energy Solutions is a multi-award-winning Community Interest Company dedicated to reducing carbon emissions and tackling fuel poverty across the UK. Founded in 2000, we work in partnership with local authorities, housing providers, energy distribution networks and community organisations to deliver practical energy advice, retrofit programmes and low-carbon home improvements.

As a Community Interest Company, our work is driven by social impact rather than profit. Any surplus generated through our programmes is reinvested into initiatives that support vulnerable households and strengthen local communities.

Our purpose

YES Energy Solutions exists to create social and environmental impact. Our programmes are focused on helping vulnerable householders live in warmer, healthier homes while reducing energy costs and carbon emissions.

By working in partnership with organisations across the UK, we ensure residents access the funding, advice and practical improvements needed to improve the energy performance of their homes.

Community Interest Company

YES Energy Solutions operates as a Community Interest Company (CIC), meaning our work is driven by social impact rather than shareholder profit. This structure ensures that everything we do is focused on delivering positive outcomes for households, communities and the environment. Any surplus generated through our work is reinvested into programmes and initiatives that support vulnerable households, improve homes and expand access to energy advice and energy efficiency improvements.

Being a CIC allows us to focus on long-term impact. Our programmes are designed not only to improve properties but also to support residents facing high energy costs, strengthen communities and contribute to the transition to low-carbon housing. In 2024/25 we committed £1.4 million to initiatives that align with our mission, including additional funding to support households in crisis and programmes that extend the reach of energy efficiency improvements.

Our work has also been recognised by the wider industry. YES Energy Solutions has received multiple national and regional awards for our partnerships, energy efficiency projects and the support we provide to vulnerable households. These awards reflect the strength of our partnerships and the impact of the programmes we deliver across the UK.

Our impact

Over the past two decades, YES Energy Solutions has supported thousands of households across the UK through energy advice services and home improvement programmes.

Last year alone we:

  • Supported 21,816 households
  • Installed 12,869 energy-saving measures 
  • Helped save £9.64 million on household energy bills
