Peter - Solar PV

Retired blacksmith Peter recently had new solar panels installed onto his home, through our North Lincolnshire LAD2 scheme, working with North Lincolnshire Council.

The scheme which is now closed, offered fully funded home energy upgrade measure of a value up to £10,000.

Peter had just moved and was looking forward to a future-proofed home after he saw our advert.

“My wife and I found the scheme advertised in the newspaper, so we thought we’d give them a call. It was ideal as we had just moved in.”

He spoke to us about his customer experience, from phone call to installation.

“I spoke to a chap in your customer facing team and I had no problems at all, he was really helpful. The installers were excellent, a great team and they got everything done quickly. They were good in every respect.”

Peter finished with praise about the aesthetics of the installation.

“The panels have been there since we moved in, and I’m really happy with how it looks. It’s very different to our old property. I would definitely recommend YES for anything like this, I can’t complain at all.”
