Stephanie Todd – Gas Boiler Replacement

Retired Stephanie Todd living by herself with her dog in Richmondshire was able to access funding for a brand new A-rated gas boiler through Richmondshire District Council's Energy Improvement Scheme managed by YES Energy Solutions.

The scheme helps qualifying residents in Richmondshire receive funding for improvements to their heating and energy efficiency, sometimes even providing customers with fully funded installations of boilers and insulation.

Stephanie said: “I have lived there a few years, I knew it was time for a new boiler when mine started struggling to give me hot water”

Stephanie told us about the performance of the installers who were responsible for the successful installation of the A-rated boiler.

“They sorted everything out and were very helpful, overall they were brilliant guys who completed their work as fast as they could”

In regards to the customer service from YES in helping them to qualify for funding Stephanie said:

“It was a really helpful customer service and they did a brilliant job in giving me the support that I needed”

"I just want you to know I passed your details onto a friend in case they would like some similar work doing as the service was so good”
