Daphne Wakefield - Gas boiler replacement

Retired Daphne Wakefield from Letchworth Garden City recently had her outdated boiler replaced with a brand new LPG boiler through the North Herts ECO (Energy Company Obligation) scheme.

With winter fast approaching this boiler was crucial for Daphne, when asked she told us all about her experience with the installation.

“There has been a huge difference in the heating compared to before I had the boiler, it’s a lot warmer.

“It is very, very good and everything looks tidy and clean as I like it.”

When asked about her experience with YES and the team of installers who handled the installation she said:

“I couldn’t fault them, they were all very quick and polite, and they answered anything I had to ask quickly.

“The installers were marvellous and very precise with their work, they were also polite and cleaned up after themselves.”

Finally Daphne added:

“If my neighbours are ever in need of a new boiler then I will definitely recommend YES.”
