​Karin Davis – Gas Boiler Replacement

Retired Karin Davis was facing the upcoming winter with an outdated boiler but thanks to Richmondshire District Council's Energy Improvement scheme, she could receive a fully funded energy efficient replacement.

Karin who has lived alone in her house for over 20 years spoke about her use of the new boiler in comparison to her previous one.

“I have lived there since the 80’s with my heating being on and off, it’s good to have a new boiler even if its too warm right now to put it on full"

She also stated:

"My last boiler had lots of issues so this installation came at the right time!"

When asked about her experience with the installers who visited her home to set up her new gas boiler she said:

"The installers were great, each of them were very professional, they left everything neat and tidy when they were done.

“There were a few issues with me qualifying for the scheme at the beginning that your customer service were able to sort out, they left me without any doubts about the process and reassured me everything would work out”

Overall Karin seemed to have a great experience and finished by saying:

“I was very pleased to have used your services and would recommend you to a friend”
