We spoke to George about his experience during and after install.
He let us know how he first got involved in the scheme:
“We heard about the scheme through one of our neighbours –
some people had received a flyer through the door and we saw work being done,
so we enquired about it to them.
“They gave us YES’ phone number to ring, and that’s how we
got involved.”
Next, he explained how the installation has changed his
experience at home:
“We have noticed a difference in the home, we’re feeling a
lot warmer – and we need it as well, it’s flipping cold yet summer’s nearly
here!
“It looks superb too, we’re happy with how it looks.”
Finally, he let us know his experience speaking with the
delivery team and installers:
“The customer call team have been lovely, you know, nothing
too complicated to answer and it didn’t take too long.
“Plus, the installers - I’m of an age where, if somebody
says they’re coming at half past nine, I’m going round and round and round
waiting for them, but there was none of that whatsoever.
“They said they were coming, they came and the workmen that
carried it out were very professional. We’ve no gripes at all. It’s all plus.”
