Following a home energy assessment, it was identified that a Solar PV system would be a suitable measure to help reduce energy costs and improve the energy performance of Amanda’s home.
Through the Calderdale Warm Homes Local Grant, the Solar PV system was installed at a value of £11,776.75.
The improvements delivered a significant boost to the property’s energy efficiency, increasing Amanda’s EPC rating from D to B.
