As you may know, a new price cap on energy is being introduced on the 1st of October, 2022. Therefore, we are encouraging customers to give a meter reading before the price cap, so your new bill reflects your actual usage.
Please check with your energy supplier to confirm if there is a specific day you should take your reading.
Note: If you are on a smart meter or fixed-term tariff, you will not need to submit additional readings.
