We offer free support across Greater London, including over-the-phone energy advice, a free energy-saving pack with practical gadgets and clear guides, and optional in-depth energy efficiency reports if you need additional help. Where appropriate, we can also refer you to local and national support services and advise on financial assistance available to London residents, funded by the UK Government.
