For 25+ years YES Energy Solutions has worked in partnership with Local Authorities across the UK to design and deliver successful energy saving programmes that reduce fuel poverty and improve the energy performance of homes. Technical assessments & retrofit design

Our technical teams assess homes and develop retrofit plans that improve energy performance while protecting the condition of each property. This approach has supported many successful projects such as our award winning external wall insulation scheme with Derbyshire Dales District Council which transformed the look and feel of over 50 hard-to-treat dwellings in Matlock.

Installer management

We manage installation partners and specialist subcontractors to ensure that energy efficiency improvements are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with all technical requirements. Our approach includes overseeing installers throughout the full retrofit process, coordinating schedules, maintaining quality standards and resolving any on‑site challenges to keep projects running smoothly. This structured management model supports complex retrofit programmes across a wide range of property types, ensuring that measures are installed correctly and provide lasting benefits for residents.

Aftercare & outcome monitoring

Our work continues after installations are complete. We support monitoring and evaluation to ensure improvements deliver the intended benefits, helping councils understand the impact of their programmes on residents and housing stock.
