HR manager
We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and support our people strategy across the organisation. In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, oversee recruitment, selection and induction processes, and drive colleague development, engagement and retention.
What we’re looking for:
- At least two years’ experience at manager level within an HR department
- Hold a Level 5 CIPD qualification or higher
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of employment law and best practice
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, along with a professional and empathetic approach
